Crispy cheese with piquillo sauce
Cheese / Piquillos Sauce
- Grate the parmesan and make circles on a tray of oven with waxed paper, put in oven 180º until it melts and picks up a little color (not much so that it does not bitter)
- Once cast, remove and let cool.
- We decorate with sauce of piquillos and pipes of squash
