Ingredients:
- Foie
- Hazelnuts
- Filo pastry
- Sunflower oil
- Egg
- Pedro Ximénez Sauce with raisins
PREPARATION:
Dice the foie, chop hazelnuts and add PX sauce. With this filling we will make the candies with the filo paste by picking a sheet that we will cut into squares. Once cut, incorporate the mixture in the center, the edges wet with egg and rolled.
Finally fry in abundant oil until golden and let the oil drain.
