Ingredients:
- Red rice
- Beef broth
- Butter
- Salt
- Grated Parmesan
- Onion
- White
- Boletus
- Asparagus
- Boletus Sauce
PREPARATION:
In a saucepan we put rice and oil and we fry, once fried we pour a white wine stream and we incorporate the broth little by little without stopping to stir until we leave the soft rice. As soon as you have 5 minutes to cook, add parmesan and butter to taste and asparagus and boletus. Finally add 2 tablespoons of boletus sauce. Cover and let stand 3 minutes.
