PREPARATION:
- We chop garlic and onion, in a frying pan with oil we brown the butifarra, once golden we incorporate the garlic and onion and we continue fondling. When this is transparent add sauce and beef stock. Let it cook about 10 minutes.
- We serve by cutting the sausages and decorating with sauce
