Ingredients:
- Zucchini flower
- Flour tempura
- Water with cold gas
- Aove
- Rabanitos
- Salt and pepper
- Five pepper Sauce
PREPARATION:
- For the tempura we incorporate in a bowl the flour and we incorporate the water with very cold gas until obtaining a dense pasta and soon we put in refrigerator so that it cools.
- Once cold add the zucchini flower and fry in abundant oil until golden.
