KFC Chicken Wings and Spicy Sauce

Ingredients:
  • Chicken wings
  • Wheat flour
  • Peppers
  • Curry
  • Cumin
  • Whey
  • Aove
  • Hot Sauce

 

PREPARATION:
  • We make 2 blends, one dry spices with flour and another damp as the previous one but with the buttermilk and a few drops of spicy sauce.
  • Once we have the wet mixture we put the wings and we impregnate them well.
  • Meanwhile we heat abundant oil to 180º, when this hot we take a chicken wing of the mixture humid and without draining we covered it with the mixture of the flour in dry.
  • Finally fry until golden and crunchy.

Cockles with citrus touches and Spicy Sauce

PREPARATION:
  • We heat the citrus peels with the oil and let it infuse one night.
  • Once we have the oil we heat it in the pan and add the cockles with citrus slices, skip and let the cockles.
  • Finally we put sauce to taste

Peak of Rooster with Spicy Sauce

  • Red and yellow green pepper
  • Aove
  • Coriander
  • Lime
  • Hot Sauce

 

PREPARATION:
  • We clean and chop all the vegetables in squares of 1 cm, once chopped we put oil and lime and mix well.
  • Before serving add Spicy Sauce and accompany with nachos
