We were founded and have grown in a rural environment in a small corner of Asturias, and are very proud of our traditions which focus on local flavours.

We have learned to appreciate, to value and to be thankful for natural products from the environment around us, so the premium quality of raw materials is the main and essential “ingredient” in our products.

    The Great Gourmet Selection Challenge

    In Salsas Asturianas we are very proud of the quality of our sauces Great Selection Gourmet. So much so that we have created a motto:

    Easy cooking, healthy cooking, gourmet cooking.

    We love it! But … will our customers think the same? Can you really make dishes that are easy, healthy and haute cuisine with our sauces? We could not stay with the doubt so we came up with a very simple solution. Test our sauces by a challenge.

    The challenge “Great Selection Gourmet”

    We proposed our idea to 7 chefs, known for their great recipes blogs and for their diversity in the way they understand the cuisine, and they got the idea.
